Barloworld Equipment required four temporary structures to protect people and assets from the harsh African sun.
Barloworld Equipment has operated in Africa for over 100 years, delivery mining and construction equipment to the Earthmoving industry.
They are the sole dealer for CAT earthmoving machines and related mining and construction equipment in Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland and Zambia.
Barloworld Equipment needed temporary structures for their Angola depot, for use as Pre-Delivery Inspection Bays and Service Department Shelters. They had a slim turnaround time, making a DomeShelter™ Solution the perfect option.
DomeShelter Australia have extensive experience in fabricating Fit-For-Purpose Shelter Kits and shipping them to remote overseas locations for easy installation by local teams.
DomeShelter Australia’s iconic double-mounted Container Shelter design meant a suite of four interconnected Fabric Shelters with ample height clearance for large equipment could be constructed, with a guttering system to collect rainwater.
The four Shelter Kits were packed into one 40′ shipping container to then be transported from Northam, Western Australia to Angola.
The four DomeShelter Structures provided to Barloworld Equipment ensure the equipment and people working within the Shelters are safe and protected from the harsh Angolan sun. A comfortable work environment also improves staff efficiency.
The Barloworld team were very happy with their DomeShelter™ Solution.
“It’s reassuring to deal with a company that understands and is prepared to go the extra mile.”
